So I have placed my order, what happens now?

As soon as your order is placed our team jumps into action and begins the process of getting your order ready for you. If you do need to make any changes, you have 24 hours from the time you place your order to let us know. After which time we unfortunately can not make any changes.

After this 24 hour window closes our team will take the next 1-2 working days to personally review each and every order manually to ensure everything looks just right before it is put into production.

Once your order passes this internal quality control process it will then be sent into production. Depending on the nature of your order it can take anywhere from 3 to 5 workings days for production to be complete.

From there your final order is packaged up and is ready to be shipped to your home. The length of time it will take to arrive at your home once it leaves our production facility will vary depending on where it is being shipped to and the method of shipment chosen. You will receive a shipment tracking number once your order has left our production facility, this way you can monitor your order enroute.

As we are all well aware, we live in crazy times which has impacted every aspect of our world, and shipping is no different. While our main shipping partners try their best to get orders delivered within the stated time period, they are currently experiencing backlogs which can cause some orders to be delayed in their delivery.

Please note that due to backlogs in all shipping within the United States and Canada, delivery may be delayed longer then the estimated arrival times displayed. For any orders in the USA, USPS may not update their package tracking messaging which prevents packages from being followed. Thank you for your understanding.
